Cardinal
Gibbons High School, a college
preparatory school of the Roman
Catholic Diocese of Raleigh, seeks
a full time Director of
Retreats (DOR).
Responsibilities include planning
and administration of current
overnight, off campus retreat
programs for current freshman,
sophomore and juniors classes.
This includes interfacing with
various faculty retreat
coordinators and training of the
student peer leaders.
Additional responsibilities
include the establishment and
administration of a “Kairos”
program for the senior class.
Candidates must be a Catholic in
good standing with the Church and
the ideal candidate will possess a
Bachelors degree in
Theology/Religious Studies or its
equivalent, have experience in
high school/parish retreat and
youth ministry and outreach
initiatives. The DOR reports
to the Asst. Principal for
Spiritual Life. Benefits
